Transportation Volunteer

Expired

Description

2 to 3 days per month, 2-3 hours each month

Volunteer drivers for our Sister Circles program make it possible for New Americans to attend workshops on important topics like education, personal health, American systems, community leadership, financial management and much more. Volunteer drivers pick up teen girls from school or women from their home and bring them to the Treetops makerspace in time for workshops then bring them safely home afterward.

Volunteers drivers are asked to keep their availability as open as possible on Fridays 2:15-2:50 pm and 7:00-8:00 pm to partner with us during our teen girl's workshops, and/or every month alternating Saturdays or Sundays during the 8:00am hour and during the 1:00pm hour to partner with us during our womens' workshops.

Transportation shifts will be added periodically for teen and women's workshops. Sign up for shifts and partner with New American women and teens to get to and from workshops!
